The Newsboys' Phil Joel and his wife Heather, proudly announce the birth of their new daughter, PHYNLEY (PHYN) ELIZABETH JOEL. The little bundle of joy was born on 10/15/00, weighing 7 lbs 5 ounces, and was 21 inches long. The birth went strangely normal.
